The brainwave-based coaching industry, characterized by the scientific reliability of bio-signals, is emerging as a blue ocean in the 21st century, marked by an era of brain utilization. As it is expected to expand into various fields such as educational training, psychological counseling, and dementia prevention training, the role of Brain Trainers as experts is becoming increasingly vital.

In light of this, the Brain Trainer Association and the Global Cyber University’s Brain Education Convergence Research Institute hosted the “2022 Brain Training Industry Forum” with the theme “The Future Outlook of the Brainwave-Based Coaching Market.” The forum, broadcasted on YouTube, drew the participation of over a thousand attendees and featured a wide range of presentations and discussions on the brainwave-based coaching market.

The Rise of the Brainwave-Based Coaching Market

The 2022 Brain Training Industry Forum brought together experts from various fields, including brain training qualification organizations, local governments, educational institutions, and private enterprises, for in-depth presentations and discussions on the future outlook of the brainwave-based coaching industry.

Seil Jeon, Chairman of the Brain Trainer Association, emphasized the need for individuals who can actively shape the “4D era,” characterized by significant developments in four key dimensions: the digital realm, where information is exploding; the thriving life sciences in DNA; the creation of health and wellness environments through design; and a focus on spirituality, often referred to as divinity. He highlighted the importance of brain training to empower individuals to become leaders in this multifaceted 4D era.

Jae-Han Shin, Director of the Brain Trainer Qualification And Testing Center, introduced the current status and challenges of brainwave-based coaching. He stated, “Since the mind, emotions, and behavior are all functions of the brain, identifying and resolving the root causes based on brainwave measurements is essential.”
